WEST CALDWELL TWP. The residents of West Caldwell Care Center, 165 Fairfield Ave., will collect used cell phones for donation to The Safe House, a shelter for battered women and their children, until Friday, June 19. Phones may be dropped off seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The cell phones will provide 911 emergency use, for victims of domestic violence.
